We can provide you with a holiday apartment in Cannes that is furnished to a very high standard. The apartment in Cannes is ideally situated for holidays in Cannes as we are just outside the heart of this beautiful commune.

Certain areas in the south of France are very popular destinations for holidays. Areas such as Cannes and Nice provide you with everything you need to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We can provide you with a modern furnished apartment in the south of France that is ideal for holidays and business trips. Our fully air conditioned apartment is just outside the heart of Cannes and comes with a south facing balcony and secure underground garage.

Our prices depend on the time of year that you wish to rent the apartment in Cannes.

All rates quoted include clean bed linen and towels and cleaning of the apartment prior to arrival.

A refundable breakage/damage deposit of £ 250 (€ 350) is payable on each booking. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of departure, subject to the apartment being left in a satisfactory condition and the keys being refunded safely and on time.

Payment please by cheque – either £ Sterling or € Euros.
